Applies to all medical practitioners providing telemedicine services via the Platform. - Consultation Standards
- Verify patient identity.
- Obtain informed consent.
- Maintain adequate medical records.
- Determine suitability for telemedicine.
- Prescribing Standards
- Prescribe only where clinically appropriate.
- Consider in-person referral where required.
- Cannabis prescriptions must comply with Section 21 where applicable.
- Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and complete records.
- Records must be stored securely and retained per legal requirements.
